How much does shipping cost?
Currently we only ship to North America and it depends on your location. We can't offer free shipping yet but we can make sure it gets there at a reasonable cost. You will see this cost calculated at checkout.
Does Covid-19 impact shipping times?
Currently our shipping partners are not guaranteeing all their shipping times and we are experiencing a high volume of shipping requests. All orders will be processed in the order they were received and we will do our best to get them to you in a timely manner. Thanks for your patience.
Can I come get my hammock in store?
Currently we are not offering a pickup in store as our brick and mortar location is temporarily closed. But if you reach out to us and you live in Vancouver we may be able to arrange a drop off for you.
- Returns -
We want you to be happy with your hammock. We have a 14-day return policy from the day you get your order. Please note that the shipping cost for returns must be covered by the customer as we are a small company. Each return item will be inspected to determine that is is in unused and a resalable condition. If upon inspection the items are deemed in unsalable condition or have been used or altered in any way, your refund or exchange credit will be subject to approval.
