We ship everywhere in North American (Canada & USA) through our website or in store.
Contact us via email if you don't see your country and need a hammock! We ship world-wide.
How much does shipping cost?
All hammocks are now $25 CAD anywhere in North America. This is a flat rate, no matter how many hammocks you order, the shipping costs will not increase.
Hammock stands have shipping calculated at checkout automatically.

What about taxes & duties for international orders?
Our hammocks are duty free across the American border. All taxes and duties are paid by the customer in any other country.
What are shipping times?
Shipping usually takes between 3-10 business days.
You will always receive a tracking number from us to track exactly where it's traveling.
Can I come get my hammock in store?
Come on down to our shop on Granville Island in Vancouver, B.C. to try out all our varieties of hammocks.

- Returns & Exchanges -
Here at Hamuhk, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We made a Fair Trade handmade hammock and we strongly recommend following our care instructions to maintain their durability and aesthetic appeal.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the item is damaged.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit card policies.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to our store address. Exchanges will not be accepted if the item is damaged due to not following our care instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Failure to comply with these care instructions may result in damage to the product that is not covered by our return policy. These hammocks were made by hand and must be treated with care.
